Q: Can our pastor come alone?
A: In some instances yes, if a pastor has challenges, usually the pastor’s wife is having challenges also. However, we do our very best to never turn anyone away because of their financial condition, or that of their church. This does not mean they come free, we do have scholarship programs available upon requests.

Q: Is Renewal Ranch associated with any denomination or Church?
A: No, it is not. Even though we are members of the local church, we feel the outreach of the Renewal and Restoration program should be non-denominational and based on Christian principals of the Holy Scripture.

Q: How can I volunteer to work at your camp?
A: Thanks for asking. By volunteering you automatically become a member of the Wranglers Club. Just ask for a application form , fill it out and send it to us. We will promptly get right back with you. You are considered a VIP to us and essential to the success of this ministry. We are looking for young people, active senior citizens, or any of the “in between” to come along side of us and serve.

Q: Is there television in every room?
A: No. As a matter of fact you will be glad. You will love the quiet, still nights, and the sound of the cool breeze.

Q: What about a telephone in the sleeping rooms?
A: There are no phones in the rooms. You can receive calls through the main office and make calls but on a limited basis. You are here to “get away”, and we will help you do that.

Q: What about cell phones?
A: Good question. We do not allow cell phones at all on the ranch. Again, this is not the place for conducting business, or any other “busyness”. Time to take time out is the motto, let’s come with that in mind.

Q: Can we bring our kids?
A: No. We aren’t equipped for childcare — and we don’t want you to be distracted by their needs while you are working on your issues.

Q: How successful is the Renewal Ranch program?
A: The vast majority of retreat guests leave with a renewed sense of hope, new tools for dealing with stress, and important self-discovery in their call from God. Our feedback indicate these factors continue to contribute to the future growth of our participants.
